We are a stable Ukrainian company in the field of production (food industry), which is actively developing and building systemic HR processes. Due to the expansion of the team, we are looking for a Human Resources Inspector who will (a) ensure high-quality personnel accounting in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
Main responsibilities:
- Maintaining a full cycle of personnel records in accordance with the requirements of the Labor Code of Ukraine
- Registration of:
- hiring, transferring, dismissing employees
- vacations (annual, additional, without saving the salary)
- sick leave (interaction with the Pension Fund / electronic sick leave)
- Formation and maintenance of personal files of employees
- Maintaining and accounting of work books (if necessary – paper)
- Working with orders (personnel and personnel)
- Preparation of certificates, extracts, responses to inquiries
- Maintaining military records (preferably), ready to teach
- Preparation of reporting (in particular to the Pension Fund, State Tax Service – if necessary)
- Interaction with accounting, heads of departments
Our ideal candidate:
- Work experience as a personnel inspector / HR administrator from 1-2 years
- Confident knowledge of: Labor Code of Ukraine, legislation on military accounting (preferably), procedure for maintaining personnel records
- Experience with electronic services: Action.Signature / electronic sick leave, PFU / DPS offices
- Confident knowledge of 1C / BAS / other HRM systems
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to work with a large amount of information
- Discretion and responsibility

- Experience in a manufacturing company
- Experience in maintaining military records “from scratch”
- Participation in inspections (State Labor)
- Experience in automating personnel processes
