Main responsibilities:
- Implementation of operational quality control of products in production.
- Participation in the development of product quality criteria, in the creation of product quality control schemes, defect maps.
- Implementation of rejection and detention of non-conforming products.
- Participation in conducting internal investigations when defects or deviations in product quality are detected, in the formation of corrective actions.
- Participation in internal audits.
- Keeping records of product quality parameters at all stages of control.
Requirements:
- Basics of food production technology.
- Specialized education (food technologist).
- Basics of labor legislation.
- Knowledge of Excel. Outlook. Word.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis methods.
