We are looking for a strong warehouse logistics manager who can effectively manage an extensive network of warehouses and production sites, optimize processes, and ensure stable operations.
About the role:
In this role, you will be responsible for the full cycle of warehouse logistics and management of a large geographically distributed structure.
In subordination:
- 5 production sites (Kyiv + Bila Tserkva)
- 15 regional centers
- 22 warehouses
Main tasks:
- Organization and control of warehouse operations: receipt, storage, picking, shipment of products
- Management of expedition and warehouse flows
- Optimization of warehouse processes and increase of efficiency of operations
- Control of accounting of movement of containers and goods
- Management of stocks, inventories and data accuracy
Management and development:
- Managing a large team (regional managers, warehouse managers)
- Building KPIs and monitoring their implementation
- Analysis of the effectiveness of logistics processes and preparing reports
- Implementing changes, automating and improving processes (WMS, accounting, digitalization)
- Interaction with production and related departments
