ALVIVA GROUP has been included in the Top 50 Employers for Veterans ranking, compiled as part of the Veteran Economy special project by the respected Ukrainian business publication Delo.ua.
As part of the project, the editorial team recognized Ukrainian companies that go beyond simply declaring their support for veterans by systematically implementing adaptation and reskilling programs, while creating real opportunities for veterans’ professional growth and successful reintegration into civilian employment.
In 2025, ALVIVA GROUP invested UAH 3.5 million in educational initiatives, with approximately 10% of this funding allocated directly to programs designed for veterans. All training and reskilling programs are delivered through the ALVIVA GROUP Corporate University. Each learning plan is tailored individually, taking into account the employee’s psychological well-being and personal capabilities.
ALVIVA GROUP’s approach to helping veterans transition back to civilian life and the workplace is comprehensive and built around three key pillars:
- Personalized Reintegration – Supporting veterans as they return to the workplace through individualized development programs, professional upskilling, and flexible employment arrangements tailored to each employee’s needs.
- A Supportive Work Environment – Creating working conditions that address both the physical and psychological aspects of adaptation.
- Comprehensive Support – Providing an effective mentoring program that extends beyond professional guidance to include informational, legal, and psychological support.
“For us, this recognition is not about our position in the ranking. It is about the responsibility of businesses and their contribution to building a new culture of collaboration that will become the foundation of Ukraine’s future veteran economy. There is still much work ahead, and we are proud to be part of these important changes,” said Ilona Pasechnyk, HR Director of ALVIVA GROUP.
Being named among the Top 50 Employers for Veterans confirms ALVIVA GROUP’s commitment to providing both a strong economic and social support system, creating a workplace where Ukraine’s veterans are respected for their experience and empowered to realize their full potential.
