“ALVIVA BISCUIT” is a modern confectionery manufacturer that is successfully developing and expanding its range. We are looking for a Chief Technologist who will become a key expert in developing new products, optimizing production processes, and ensuring stable product quality.
Main tasks
- Organization and control of technological processes for the production of cookies, wafers and semi-finished products.
- Ensuring compliance with recipes, technological maps and production standards.
- Quality control of finished products and raw materials.
- Development and launch of new products into production.
- Optimization of recipes and production costs.
- Analysis of technological deviations and implementation of corrective measures.
- Management of the technological team and training of personnel.
- Participation in the modernization of production and launch of new lines.
- Ensuring compliance with HACCP and ISO 22000 requirements.
- Preparation of reports and analysis of production indicators.

- Work experience as a Chief Technologist or Lead Technologist for 3 years.
- Practical experience in developing and launching new products.
- Deep knowledge of confectionery production technology.
- Knowledge of HACCP and ISO standards.
