  • International cooperation: establish strategic partnerships with global food production or distribution companies in target countries in Europe, Asia and other regions. The goal will be to expand Alviva Group’s market reach and optimize the efficiency of the supply chain.

  • Holding Synergy: To ensure the unity and efficiency of the management, reporting and control system in all units of the Alviva group, which will allow the qualitative joining of new units, brands or productions.
