What you will do:
- Develop an R&D strategy for the bakery and confectionery sectors, consistent with the business goals of the holding.
- Create and improve recipes for bakery and confectionery products in accordance with current market trends and consumer preferences.
- Initiate and manage innovative projects aimed at improving product quality and optimizing costs.
- Monitor compliance with quality, safety and regulatory requirements.
- Cooperate with marketing, sales, and production departments to launch new products on the market.
- Interact with raw material suppliers, research centers, and laboratories.
- Manage the R&D team (technologists, chemists, analysts), motivate it to achieve high results.
Our expectations:
- Experience in a managerial position in R&D in the food industry (bakery, confectionery direction – mandatory) from 5 years.
- Higher education in the field of food technology, chemistry, biotechnology or related disciplines.
- Understanding of current trends in the food industry (healthy food, functional products, ecological packaging).
- Leadership skills, ability to organize the work of a team and inspire it to new achievements.
- Analytical thinking, proactive approach to solving problems.
