About the role

We are looking for an analyst who will provide the commercial department with systematic market analytics to make management decisions regarding:

  • Pricing policy.
  • Assortment.
  • Product representation.
  • Competitive strategy.

This is a role with high influence on the company’s commercial decisions.

Main tasks:

  • FMCG market analysis.
  • Monitoring competitors (prices, promotions, new products).
  • Analysis of presence (distribution, share of shelf, facing).
  • Analysis of pricing architecture.
  • Formation of analytical reporting.
  • Identification of growth points and risks.
  • Preparation of analytics for reviewing commercial conditions and launching new products.

Our expectations:

  • 2–3 years of experience in FMCG analytics / category management.
  • Deep understanding of FMCG market principles.
  • Experience working with large data sets.
  • Proficient in Excel (Power Query / pivot tables).
  • Experience working with BI systems.
  • Understanding of product P&L.
  • Analytical thinking and systematic approach.
