About the role
We are looking for an analyst who will provide the commercial department with systematic market analytics to make management decisions regarding:
- Pricing policy.
- Assortment.
- Product representation.
- Competitive strategy.
This is a role with high influence on the company’s commercial decisions.
Main tasks:
- FMCG market analysis.
- Monitoring competitors (prices, promotions, new products).
- Analysis of presence (distribution, share of shelf, facing).
- Analysis of pricing architecture.
- Formation of analytical reporting.
- Identification of growth points and risks.
- Preparation of analytics for reviewing commercial conditions and launching new products.
Our expectations:
- 2–3 years of experience in FMCG analytics / category management.
- Deep understanding of FMCG market principles.
- Experience working with large data sets.
- Proficient in Excel (Power Query / pivot tables).
- Experience working with BI systems.
- Understanding of product P&L.
- Analytical thinking and systematic approach.
