A warm Ukrainian welcome for the Scandinavian-restrained

The advertising campaign video for Norden Brod by КИЇВХЛІБ has exceeded 50 million views across digital channels, while more than 500,000 Ukrainians have already tried products from the new Scandinavian bread range.

The КИЇВХЛІБ brand, part of the portfolio of ALVIVA GROUP, shared the story behind the creation of its premium Nordic bread line through its first nationwide bread advertising campaign, “Norden Brod by KYIVKHLIB.”

The campaign, launched in late December 2024 across digital channels, BTL activities, and outdoor advertising, received a warm response from audiences. Within three months, the campaign video generated more than 50 million views across digital platforms including YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram.

More than 500,000 Ukrainians have already tasted the new Scandinavian bread line from KYIVKHLIB. Thanks to strong consumer demand, the Norden Brod range is now представленa in all major retail chains and available throughout every region of Ukraine.

The video, which is the central element of the comprehensive commercial, tells the story of Scandinavian breads, based on the traditions of the peoples of the North and authentic recipes for rye bread, carefully passed down from generation to generation.

Every moment of the commercial is permeated with the spirit of Scandinavian restraint and the power of nature, carefully embodied in dark rye bread. The video is made in a sophisticated dark and soft color scheme and is accompanied by an original musical track, which together awaken the viewer’s imagination, associating with northern culture.

The Norden Brod line of Scandinavian rye breads became the first product range introduced by КИЇВХЛІБ in 2024 and launched a new tradition of introducing Ukrainians to the taste profiles, baking technologies, consumption culture, and history of bakery products from different parts of the world. Following Norden Brod, the British Sandwich line of sandwich breads was also introduced.
