ALVIVA GROUP together with the confectionery brand Tarta became a partner of the Alex Polin HR Summit 2026. This key strategic event in Ukraine, bringing together HR directors, business owners, and CEOs, took place on April 9–10 in Kyiv. The summit gathered more than 300 market leaders to explore practical solutions that help businesses not only survive, but also grow during periods of uncertainty.

This year’s summit focused on leadership in the “new reality,” where the main challenges remain labor shortages, market instability, and the need for rapid business transformation. More than 30 leading speakers took part in the event, while the key discussion topics included the implementation of artificial intelligence in HR processes, talent retention strategies, team mental resilience, and building a corporate culture based on trust.
