At the large-scale event of the year for small and medium-sized businesses — the “GET Business Festival 2024,” held in the heart of Kyiv — directors of ALVIVA Group enterprises took part.
More than 1,000 of Ukraine’s top entrepreneurs, marketing specialists, as well as experts in digital, PR, digital technologies, e-commerce, and finance gathered in the capital to share their experience of business transformation during wartime. Representatives of various government sectors, banking institutions, and others also participated. In today’s conditions, it is especially important to leverage all available opportunities to develop new promising projects.
Ilona Pasichnyk, HRD of ALVIVA Group and Director of “Alviva Ukraine,” took part in a panel discussion titled “We are 31 million. Demographic situation – how will government, business, and society overcome the challenges?”
Participants discussed possible solutions in the context of a significant labor shortage during wartime. Topics included automation, the importance of a strong HR brand, employee care, workforce motivation, and female leadership. They also addressed how to bring young people back from abroad, what social initiatives can be expected from the state, and how to effectively adapt employees returning from war. Issues of employment for internally displaced persons, people with disabilities, and potentially foreign workers in the future were also raised.
Amid this wave of business initiatives and creativity, each participant found their own path to success. New connections, contacts, and a rich program — including a lottery where Christmas stollens from our Kyivkhlib brand were raffled — along with delicious snacks and aromatic coffee created a special atmosphere. And honestly… how could anyone not like that?
