This marks the second consecutive year that ALVIVA GROUP has been recognized in this prestigious ranking, which highlights companies with the most effective people management practices. The ranking is based on an independent evaluation by an expert jury, combined with the results of an online public vote.

The list of Ukraine’s best employers includes companies that demonstrate a systematic approach to people management by developing employee engagement, onboarding, and retention programs, investing in professional development, supporting teams amid labor shortages, and consistently strengthening their employer brand.

“Being recognized among the country’s best employers is both a great honor and a great responsibility, especially today, when businesses operate in an environment of constant change and uncertainty. Despite all the challenges, we continue to grow, invest in our people, and create a workplace where everyone has the opportunity to develop professionally, feel supported, and experience psychological safety. After all, people have always been—and will always remain—the greatest asset and driving force behind every successful company,” said Ilona Pasechnyk, HR Director of ALVIVA GROUP.

One of the key priorities of ALVIVA GROUP’s HR strategy is employee development. The Group has built a comprehensive learning ecosystem that covers every level of the organization—from production specialists to senior management.

A central role in this ecosystem is played by the ALVIVA GROUP Corporate University, which provides continuous learning programs for all employee categories, from production personnel to top executives.

At the same time, the Group’s manufacturing facilities operate a structured professional development and upskilling system. Employees have the opportunity to master related professions, acquire new competencies, and advance their qualification levels.

ALVIVA GROUP also places a strong emphasis on supporting employees’ mental well-being.

“Today, caring for people is no longer an optional benefit—it is a strategic necessity. We are actively fostering a culture of mutual support, equipping managers with the skills to create psychologically safe workplaces, and making knowledge about mental health accessible to all employees. This is how we build resilient teams capable of performing effectively even in the most challenging times,” Ilona Pasechnyk emphasized.

ALVIVA GROUP continues to build a sustainable development ecosystem where continuous learning, professional growth, employee well-being, and a strong corporate culture serve as the foundation for the company’s long-term success.
