ALVIVA GROUP is increasing its agricultural land area by 26% through demining and land reclamation efforts.

Kyiv, Ukraine — January 8, 2026 — ALVIVA GROUP reports the successful completion of its pilot year in Ukraine’s agricultural sector.

Entering the market in 2024 with a land bank of over 4,000 hectares in the Kyiv and Chernihiv regions, the Group harvested its first crop of winter wheat and sunflower in the 2024–2025 season.

The total cultivated area for the period amounted to 2,785 hectares, with 25% allocated to winter wheat and 75% to sunflower.

The total gross harvest reached 5,419 tons, with yields of 3.16 t/ha for wheat and 1.9 t/ha for sunflower.

The entire volume of produced agricultural goods was directed to the Group’s internal companies, which strengthened vertical integration, optimized production chains, and ensured a stable supply of high-quality raw materials.

At the same time, during the season, large-scale land restoration works were carried out across a total area of 1,300 hectares. This included the clearing of 760 hectares of long-unused land plots and the demining of 204 hectares.

Artem Chernysh, Director of UNILOGISTICS and head of the agricultural direction of ALVIVA GROUP, stated:

“During the debut agricultural season, the Group invested significant resources into returning Ukrainian land to a safe and productive state. This is a matter of particular pride, as demining and land clearing are not only safety issues but also essential conditions for business sustainability and the country’s overall economic development. Moreover, combining our expertise in the food industry with the potential of in-house agricultural production opens new growth opportunities in both domestic and international markets.”

Thanks to these restoration efforts, the Group expects a 26% increase in cultivated land in the 2025–2026 season — up to 3,510 hectares. Alongside land expansion, a significant diversification of crop structure is planned: 32% of the area will be allocated to winter rye and wheat, 27% to corn, 21% to winter rapeseed, and 20% to sunflower.
