ALVIVA GROUP management team improved business process modeling skills

Directors of the management company ALVIVA GROUP participated in a specialized training dedicated to business process modeling and optimization. The event became another important investment in the development of managerial competencies within the Group’s leadership team.

During the training, participants thoroughly examined the differences between process and project management, the typology and structure of business processes, as well as modern tools for their analysis and optimization.

Special attention was given to distinguishing between functional and process-oriented management approaches. The executives analyzed successful cases of globally recognized process-driven companies such as ZARA and Amazon, studying their strategies for achieving operational excellence.

In addition, practical questions were discussed, including what is required for effective process management within a company, how to identify a process, measure its efficiency, and properly define roles and responsibilities within it.

According to Ilona Pasechnyk, HRD of ALVIVA GROUP: “During the training, participants focused on key aspects essential to the Group’s success. In particular, emphasis was placed on what a manager should govern, the key differences between projects and processes, and how to manage them effectively to achieve maximum results. Valuable discussions and real-life case studies were shared by both the speaker and the attending executives. The session contributed to strengthening and uniting our management team and building a shared understanding of priorities.”

The training was conducted by Volodymyr Strashko, an invited external consultant and recognized expert in business process design and optimization.
