Cologne, Germany – 13.10.2025 – ALVIVA GROUP, a leading player in Ukraine’s food industry, presented the updated Tarta confectionery assortment at Anuga 2025, one of the world’s largest food and beverage trade fairs, held on October 4–8 in Cologne.
In the specialized Frozen Food pavilion, visitors were introduced to a wide range of Tarta cakes and pastries, including new products developed specifically for the European market — mousse and yogurt cake lines and éclairs.
The new product lines were designed in line with global consumption trends and demand in the soft confectionery category. In particular, Tarta mousse-yogurt cakes are distinguished by a record-low added sugar content of just 13%. The lines also include products with added fruits and berries.

Our ambitions are significant: within the next five years, we plan to increase the export share to 25% of total production. Tarta’s export journey began in 2021, and since then its international presence has grown eightfold. Today, ALVIVA GROUP exports all categories of soft confectionery in both frozen and chilled formats to 30 countries worldwide, including Germany, Bulgaria, Moldova, the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, the USA, and others.
“The Tarta stand at Anuga 2025 truly attracted attention, and we are extremely pleased with the high level of activity and interest from visitors. However, the strong interest from international partners is primarily driven by the key advantages of our products: compliance with the highest quality standards, integration of modern confectionery trends, and reliable technologies for extended shelf life. This ensures that consumers receive fresh and high-quality products regardless of distance,” emphasized Liudmyla Konstantinova, Deputy Director of the Commercial Department for Soft Confectionery Development at LLC “Kyivkhlib”.
The new Tarta mousse-yogurt cake line includes three refined flavors — peach, blackcurrant, and wild berries. Its unique recipe combines delicate sponge cake, light yogurt-based mousse, and a fruit filling. Thanks to yogurt, the desserts have a light texture, refreshing taste, and reduced calorie content — only 13% added sugar — making them an ideal choice for those seeking a healthy lifestyle without compromising on enjoyment.
The Tarta éclair line includes four products: two classic flavors — FRENCH and CREAM — and two new ones — Snow Cake and RASPBERRY with raspberry-infused cream.
Thanks to Fresh Cake and Shock Freezing technologies, Tarta products retain their freshness for up to 12 days after defrosting, and some items for up to 30 days. This ensures fresh and high-quality products for consumers around the world.
