The ALVIVA GROUP announced the successful completion of the second wave of its HR project, the “Internal Trainers Institute.” Eight employees who completed training at the Corporate University received certificates enabling them to conduct training not only within the company but also to act as mentors in the external market. This initiative is a core element of ALVIVA GROUP’s strategy to develop its Corporate University and invest in its own personnel.
The “Internal Trainers Institute” project was launched in 2020 with the goal of building a culture of continuous learning. Its participants are highly qualified specialists, each an expert in their field: economists, financiers, lawyers, HR specialists, recruiters, or marketers. After completing specialized training at the Corporate University, they gained not only new skills but also a mission — to become knowledge ambassadors. These internal trainers now combine their primary roles with mentoring, helping colleagues acquire professional knowledge directly from experienced practitioners. The project lays the foundation for the future: these experts will eventually be able to enter the external market, providing their expertise to other companies, strengthening ALVIVA GROUP’s reputation as an industry leader.
FROM EXPERIENCE TO EXPERTISE: NEW TRAINING DIRECTIONS
The first group of trainers, trained in 2021, is already actively conducting sessions in finance, product safety, and onboarding of new employees. The newly certified eight trainers will expand the range of educational programs, focusing on modern skills covering both soft and hard competencies:
- Time management
- Critical thinking
- Emotional intelligence
- Mental health
- Sanitation and hygiene
- Budgeting
According to Ilona Pasechnyk, HRD of ALVIVA GROUP and initiator of the project, the company aims not only to develop its employees but also to provide them with opportunities for professional growth beyond corporate tasks. “These specialists will share their knowledge within the Group of Companies, helping employees develop and achieve even better results. We wish our trainers inspiration and energy so that their new role unlocks their own potential and inspires others to new achievements,” she said.
Thus, ALVIVA GROUP is building a powerful Corporate University that does not just…
