BUSINESS PROCESSES UNDER CONTROL: TRAINING FOR ALVIVA GROUP LEADERS

In early September, 35 top managers of ALVIVA GROUP immersed themselves in a two-day intensive dedicated to operational efficiency and business process management. This training was a powerful step forward for the large-scale HR project “Leadership Academy”, which has been systematically developing the company’s management potential since 2020.

TOOLS FOR FUTURE LEADERS

The training was conducted by experienced specialists from the consulting company FORSEGO: its CEO Yevhen Kamashov and Vice President of the ABPMP Ukraine Business Process Association Oleh Zubchenok. They shared powerful tools with participants that help not only analyze but also optimize business processes.

Among them:

SIPOC diagram — for visualizing and understanding all elements of a process.
CANVAS business model — for creating and analyzing strategic plans.
RACI matrix — for clear distribution of responsibilities and roles.

The training for ALVIVA GROUP directors became a logical continuation of the first stage, which took place in June. At that time, the focus was on differences between process and project management, as well as on process typology and design. This time, the emphasis shifted to practical application of knowledge, allowing participants to deepen their understanding of the topic and identify new growth opportunities.

INVESTMENT IN EFFICIENCY

Ilona Pasechnyk, HRD of ALVIVA GROUP, notes that such initiatives are a key part of the company’s development strategy. “During the existence of the Leadership Academy, we have covered many topics that help our team become more efficient. This is another important milestone in the top management development program. The experience gained will help us better manage business processes, anticipate potential challenges, and take proactive steps, producing an even better product for our customers.”

Participants of the training did not hide their positive impressions. Yuliia Duchenko, Director of LLC “Stolychnyi Pekarnyi Dim,” emphasized the value of networking: “The most valuable part for me was teamwork. It was through active, discussion-based collaboration that we reached consensus and found solutions to issues we had been unable to resolve before.”

Vitalii Pozdniakov, Executive Director of Shop No. 9 at KYIV BREAD LLC, particularly highlighted the professionalism of the trainers: “Very professional, no ‘fluff’. The most useful part was the information on process analysis and risk management.” He also shared his future plans: “I will soon apply SIPOC analysis and risk assessment in my work.”

ONE STEP AHEAD

The HR project “Leadership Academy” reflects ALVIVA GROUP’s philosophy — continuous development and pursuit of excellence. By investing in the education of key managers, the Group invests in its own future, securing competitive advantages in the market and creating the best product for its customers.

At ALVIVA GROUP, it is believed that investing in people is the best investment. This training became yet another confirmation of this principle, inspiring further development and new achievements.
