On November 18, in the heart of Kyiv, the ALVIVA GROUP team took part in the GET Business Festival 2025, held under the auspices of Delo.ua — an event that brought together opinion leaders and Ukrainian businesses to discuss the challenges of wartime.
Today, Ukraine is experiencing an unprecedented outflow of talent and a profound reassessment of work values. This is shaping a fundamentally new reality for employers.

To address the most pressing HR challenges of today, Ilona Pasechnyk, HRD of ALVIVA GROUP and Director of LLC “Alviva Ukraine,” joined the key panel discussion: “People, Business and Reality 2025: How to Work with Talent in a Country Undergoing Transformation.”
The main topics of the discussion focused on recruiting, engaging, and retaining teams, with a particular emphasis on young talent.

“Today, just as before the full-scale invasion, we continue to systematically invest in training and developing our own talent. People are our most valuable asset. Our team, which includes more than 6,000 employees, does not face a critical issue of staff turnover. In fact, we have one of the best indicators in the industry — 3.8%,” noted Ilona Pasechnyk.

At ALVIVA GROUP, investment in people is a strategic priority. To develop a new generation of leaders, the Corporate University operates as a true development hub. It supports the managerial hierarchy through the “Leadership Academy” for top management and the “Institute of Business Education” — a specialized program launched this year for the boards of directors of business units. No level is left without attention: the professional growth of production staff is driven by an internal grading system and a strong network of in-house trainers directly at manufacturing sites.
The Group is also actively building its talent pipeline by establishing strategic partnerships with educational institutions, while deliberately working with employment centers and internally displaced persons (IDPs), reinforcing its commitment to inclusion and sustainable business development.
ALVIVA GROUP continues to grow and launch new initiatives. This is our response to attempts to undermine confidence in Ukraine. We prove that Ukrainian business is investing in the future — and that this future is shaped by our people.
We thank the partners and organizers for the remarkable GET Business Festival 2025. It is a powerful and vibrant platform for exchanging ideas, experience, and strategies.
Let’s build the future together. See you at the next level of business development.
