ALVIVA GROUP has announced the start of a strategic partnership with the Center for Comprehensive Support of Combat Veterans “Kyiv Military Hub.”
The joint activities of the Group and the Hub will focus on the professional realization of veterans and female veterans, as well as creating dignified career opportunities for them in civilian life.
Returning from the frontline is always the beginning of a new and challenging stage of life. The main goal of this partnership is to provide defenders with a reliable “rear support” in their professional journey. In production sites, offices, or logistics centers of ALVIVA GROUP, every veteran should find a place where they can realize their potential and feel like an integral part of society.
“For ALVIVA GROUP, supporting veterans is not just a point in our corporate social responsibility strategy, but an important and responsible duty. We aim to create conditions in which the adaptation of veterans and female veterans is as comfortable as possible,” comments Ilona Pasechnyk. “The partnership with Kyiv Military Hub will allow us to approach this issue comprehensively: we are ready to offer jobs, while the Hub provides the necessary legal, psychological, and educational support. Our shared mission is to show every defender that their experience and skills are valued, and that the doors of our team are always open.”

Key areas of cooperation under the memorandum include:
- Career guidance: consultations and support in choosing a new career path;
- Training: upskilling courses and retraining programs for new professions based on the Group’s enterprises;
- Social support: access to legal assistance, psychological support, and physical rehabilitation programs;
- Inclusivity: support for Hub initiatives, such as the creation of an inclusive driving school for veterans.
The cooperation with Kyiv Military Hub represents an important step for ALVIVA GROUP in building a systematic support framework for veterans and service members.
