UNIBLEND, a part of ALVIVA GROUP, became an official partner of the Third National Industry Forum “Bread Industry 2025”. The event took place on June 12–13, 2025 in Uman, bringing together key experts in the baking industry from all over Ukraine.

As a leading producer of bakery and confectionery mixes, improvers, and fillings, UNIBLEND actively shared its expertise and innovations. During the “Technology and Marketing in the Bread Industry” session, the company’s director delivered a presentation titled “Targeted Technological Solutions as a Tool for Increasing the Efficiency of Bakery Production.”

In addition, UNIBLEND organized a tasting of bakery samples produced with its mixes, demonstrating their unique properties and wide range of applications. A successful open master class on bread baking was also held at the Uman National University.
During the master class, participants had a unique opportunity to see firsthand how the synergy of advanced technologies, high-quality ingredients, and practical experience transforms into a high-quality product. In particular, the following was demonstrated:
- Baking of signature products using UNIBLEND mixes, showcasing their broad application potential
- Technological features of each stage of production
- Examples of adapting solutions to specific production conditions, highlighting the flexibility and versatility of UNIBLEND products
“The forum not only brought together leading players in the bakery and related industries to address urgent challenges, but in my view also became a launchpad for the development and growth of the industry,” comments Yurii Duchenko, First Vice President of the Ukrainian Bakers Association (UBA), Director of LLC “KYIV BREAD.”
“Participants had the opportunity to share experience and explore fundamentally new technological solutions and approaches, the implementation of which will help optimize production processes, significantly reduce costs, and improve the quality of finished bakery products. This, in turn, will positively impact both industry productivity and the overall well-being of society.”
The “Bread Industry” Forum is an annual event that, for the third consecutive year, has served as a key platform for exchanging experience and ideas among leading industry professionals from across Ukraine: from manufacturers and technologists to retail, HoReCa representatives, and scientists.
Organized by the Ukrainian Bakers Association (UBA), the Union of Millers of Ukraine, and Agro Marketing Agency, the 2025 forum traditionally included strategic sessions, discussions of key industry challenges, and exhibitions of cutting-edge equipment.
