Main responsibilities:
- Building and maintaining staffing models for production and administrative departments.
- Process analysis and calculation of standard labor intensity.
- Determining staffing needs based on forecasted activity volumes.
- Assessment of the effectiveness of organizational structures, manageability standards and distribution of functions.
- Analysis of labor productivity and preparation of recommendations for improving efficiency.
- Development and defense of proposals for staff optimization before company management.
- Calculation of the economic effect of implemented changes and control of achievement of results.
- Preparation of management analytics, presentations and reporting.
Our expectations:
- Experience in organizational development, workforce planning, labor rationing, operational efficiency, or performance-based HR management.
- Practical experience in timekeeping, time calculation, and determining optimal staffing levels.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Experience with analytical tools and large data sets is an advantage.
- Intermediate or higher English proficiency.
- Strong analytical skills, systems thinking, and a result-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel and work directly on production sites.
It will be an advantage:
- Experience working at McDonald’s or other companies with a high level of standardization of operations and a systematic approach to personnel planning.
- Knowledge of Power BI or SQL.
- Experience participating in projects to increase labor productivity and transform organizational structures.
