On December 11, the All-Ukrainian Business Summit took place in Kyiv — a key event for business owners and top executives focused on strategies for resilience and scaling businesses in 2026. ALVIVA GROUP was represented in the expert discussion by Ilona Pasechnyk, HRD and Director of ALVIVA UKRAINE. She shared the Group’s experience in retaining core talent and motivating teams in conditions of uncertainty.

Humanity as a Strategic Asset
According to internal surveys conducted by ALVIVA GROUP, employer reliability and emotional stability within teams are becoming top priorities today. “We are convinced that humanity is also a strategy. Genuine care for employees does not require budgets, yet it builds the foundation of trust. It makes a team resilient to any external challenges,” emphasized Ilona Pasechnyk during the panel discussion.
Investing in the Future: Career Guidance and Generational Continuity
The HR leader also highlighted key HR trends, particularly support programs for employees’ families. ALVIVA GROUP is implementing unique career guidance initiatives for employees’ children.
This approach enables the company to:
- help young people identify their strengths;
- provide insight into real business operations;
- strengthen intergenerational connections;
- build a future talent pipeline for the Group.
Results and Development Directions
Participation in the summit confirmed that ALVIVA GROUP’s chosen development path is both relevant and forward-looking. Industry knowledge exchange with retail and IT leaders provided valuable insights, which have already been integrated into the 2026 development strategy.
The Group extends its gratitude to the organizers for creating a platform for professional dialogue that fosters the development of a resilient Ukrainian business environment.
